- Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 + commission / incentives
iWA Group LLC is seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and energetic Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling and hands-on experience creating engaging social media content.
- Experience: 2–3 years of UAE experience
- Experience in short-form content — Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.
- Experience in long-form YouTube videos
- Strong camera handling and shooting skills
- Knowledge of professional video editing tools/software
- Ability to shoot, edit and deliver content quickly
- Experience working closely with sales agents
- Strong understanding of social media trends, viral formats and hooks
- Ability to bring unique and fresh content ideas
- Dubai real estate knowledge is preferred
- Should have a strong portfolio of previous work
- Knowledge and practical use of AI tools for content creation, editing, ideation and productivity
- Should be able to use AI to speed up the content production process, not replace creativity
- Creative, proactive and growth-minded
- Willing to learn new AI tools, editing techniques and content trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle shooting + editing + content ideation independently
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary:AED 3000–4,000 per month + commission / incentives, depending on experience and skill set.
