Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee the technical execution of high-end fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior fit-out, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage design coordination, engineering, and project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical department and provide guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all drawings and specifications comply with project requirements and local authority regulations.
- Oversee design coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and joinery disciplines.
- Support project teams in planning, execution, and timely completion of fit-out works.
- Conduct technical meetings and provide engineering solutions to site challenges.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to achieve project milestones.
- Mentor and develop technical staff to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Fit-Out projects.
- Proven experience managing luxury commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and UAE building regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
- Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
