Social Growth & AI Associate
Nationally Distributed TV Series | Part-Time | Hybrid/Remote (U.S.)
We’re building a new nationally distributed television series and looking for an unusually curious, resourceful recent graduate to help grow it, along with the social presence of its host and creator.
IMPORTANT: We will only review candidates who complete the short application exercise below and follow the instructions and word limits exactly.
This is not a conventional social media manager job. The real subject is attention: why one clip travels and another dies, what makes people stop scrolling, how platforms are changing, and how AI can help a small team move faster and smarter.
Most of your work will focus on the television series, but you’ll also help grow the host’s personal channels. You’ll work directly with the principals building the project, with real responsibility from the start and room to expand the role quickly by proving what you can do.
What You’ll Do:
- Grow the series and host’s channels, with an emphasis on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, plus LinkedIn and Facebook
- Turn television, interview, and other original material into platform-native clips, hooks, posts, and experiments
- Reverse-engineer what is working for creators, shows, and media brands, then propose smart tests
- Use AI for research, ideation, analysis, editing, workflow, and experimentation
Who We’re Looking For:
You may be just starting your career. We care much more about how you think than how many years you’ve worked.
You should be a strong writer, fast learner, highly attentive to detail, and inclined to investigate rather than wait for instructions.
We’re especially interested in the person who sees a post getting 20 times its normal engagement and immediately thinks:
Why? Then keeps digging until there’s a theory worth testing.
This is a paid, part-time role with meaningful responsibility and substantial room to grow.
What you'll get:

The details: Remote. Approximately 6-8 hours per week over, flexible schedule. Start immediately. The selected candidate will begin with a 30-day introductory period to ensure the role is a strong mutual fit. Engagement is through Bevinars LLC, a New York–based media company.

1. Find one social post or video that dramatically outperformed the creator or account’s typical content. Send the link and, in 150 words or fewer, explain why you think it worked. End with one specific hypothesis you would test based on what you found.
2. Teach yourself something. Choose one current social-platform mechanism, growth tactic, algorithm change, or AI tool you don’t already understand well. Research it. In 100 words or fewer, explain what you learned and how you might apply it to growing a television series or creator-led brand.
3. In one sentence, tell us about something you became unusually curious about recently and what you did to satisfy that curiosity.
Applications that skip any part of the exercise or ignore the word limits will not be reviewed.
We care less about whether you already know every answer than whether you have the curiosity, discipline, and ingenuity to go find one.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 8.0 per week
