About the role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and result-oriented Social Media Marketer who can build brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate sales through effective social media strategies. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing multiple social media platforms, running successful paid campaigns, and creating high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas for Reels, Stories, Carousels, and promotional campaigns.
- Write compelling captions and optimize hashtags.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Marketer.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of branding and visual aesthetics.
- Experience in content planning and campaign execution.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience with e-commerce or product-based brands is a strong plus.
