Job Summary
XenMD Medical Billing is seeking a highly skilled SeniorSales Closer to drive client acquisition by converting prospects into long-term partners. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to communicate the financial impact of optimized billing solutions to healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate excels at closing complex service agreements, building trust with decision-makers, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales consultations with healthcare providers, practice owners, and administrators
- Present XenMD’s medical billing and RCM solutions with clarity and confidence
- Identify client pain points related to billing, collections, denials, and cash flow
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals aligned with client needs
- Handle objections and negotiate service agreements to secure contracts
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transition
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, payer changes, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer in healthcare, medical billing, or SaaS/RCM services
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes, coding basics, and insurance workflows
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value service contracts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage and influence healthcare decision-makers
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-driven with a strong results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to private practices, group providers, or healthcare organizations
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing
- Background in revenue cycle management or healthcare consulting
- Familiarity with EHR/PM systems
