As a Server, you’re the star of the guest experience — delivering Reel Hospitality from the opening credits to the final scene.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage guests with a warm, polished first impression that sets the tone for the show.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our RTS POS system.
- Deliver food, drinks, and service with perfect timing — all while movies play on the big screen.
- Anticipate guest needs, recommend menu favorites, and ensure everyone’s having a great time.
- Communicate with kitchen, runners, and bar teams to keep service smooth and coordinated.
- Handle payments and close checks accurately.
- Keep your section spotless — trays, tables, and all!
- Follow all alcohol (BASSET) and food safety guidelines.
- Support the team with side work, restocking, and cleanup before and after service.
- Bring a great attitude, professionalism, and team spirit to every shift.
