Senior Data Scientist
Manufacturing | Azure, Databricks & Microsoft Fabric
Our manufacturing client is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help build data-driven solutions that improve operations and support business decision-making. You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models, analyze manufacturing data, and deliver insights using a modern Microsoft technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Develop machine learning models and analytical solutions to solve business problems.
- Analyze manufacturing, operational, and supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build predictive models for forecasting, optimization, and operational reporting.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to prepare and transform data for modeling.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the deployment and ongoing improvement of machine learning models.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks .
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or other Microsoft analytics tools.
- Experience working with Azure cloud services.
- Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fully Remote
12-month contract with possible extension
40hr/week
95-125/hourly W2 or LLC
