About the role
Media Work is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Arabic & English speaker) who can independently manage projects from the tender stage until final delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents and identify requirements, deadlines, risks, and required clarifications.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings.
- Prepare and present project concepts, strategies, and implementation plans.
- Transform client requirements into clear, creative, and achievable solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, timelines, budgets, reports, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage procurement, quotations, negotiations, and cost comparisons.
- Monitor project progress, quality, budget, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Lead project execution and solve problems quickly.
- Maintain proper documentation, meeting minutes, trackers, and client updates.
- Manage multiple tenders and projects at the same time.
- Use AI and digital tools to improve research, content development, presentations, and productivity.
Required Skills:
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent tender analysis and proposal-writing skills.
- Expert-level written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Ability to prepare professional content directly in both languages.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence during meetings.
- Excellent stakeholder and client-management skills.
- Strong budgeting, procurement, negotiation, and cost-control skills.
- Ability to read and understand layouts, technical drawings, floor plans, and site plans.
- Good knowledge of AI tools for research, writing, presentations, visual concepts, and project planning.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to develop a complete project concept.
- Ability to see the overall project direction while managing small details.
- Ability to turn ideas into practical and executable plans.
- Strong planning, organization, reporting, and time-management skills.
- Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage several priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Experience in events, exhibitions, tenders, or similar project-based industries.
- Experience working with government or corporate clients in Qatar is preferred.
- Qatar driving license and immediate availability are preferred.
