About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative, technically fluent, and strategically minded mid to senior Omnichannel Brand & Visual Designer to help shape and scale a cohesive brand presence across digital, retail, packaging, product visualization, and motion-based touchpoints. This role merges brand identity systems, e-commerce creative, physical packaging, 3D product rendering, motion/animation, and AI-accelerated workflows into one comprehensive creative position.
The ideal candidate is both a hands-on maker and a systems thinker: someone who can develop polished campaign visuals, extend and establish brand guidelines / design systems, create conversion-focused e-commerce assets/ads/content, prepare production-ready packaging files, render products in 3D, animate key brand moments, and has ambitious and curious experience using emerging AI tools responsibly to accelerate concepting, iteration, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand systems and visual identity: Establish a scalable brand identity system, including typography, color, layout, iconography, photography / image direction, design standards, brand tone of voice, and usage guidelines across channels.
- Omnichannel creative execution: Design cohesive assets for e-commerce, retail, social, paid media, email, landing pages, merchandising, sales materials, events, and internal brand communications, including retouching assets for final production.
- E-commerce, Social Media, and marketplace design: Create conversion-focused product imagery, PDP assets, comparison graphics, promotional modules, A+ content, banners, and digital merchandising visuals that balance brand expression with performance goals, including version key art to 360 program assets.
- Physical packaging and print production: Develop and adapt packaging concepts, dielines, labels, inserts, and print-ready mechanicals while ensuring brand consistency, production accuracy, and regulatory or claims compliance where applicable.
- Motion and animation: Produce lightweight motion graphics, animated product moments, social videos, digital ads, UI-style animations, and brand storytelling assets for modern marketing channels.
- AI-accelerated workflows: Use AI tools to support ideation, mood-boarding, visual exploration, image generation, retouching, prototyping, resizing, versioning, and production efficiency while maintaining brand integrity and human creative judgment.
- Creative collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, copywriting, sales, operations, external vendors, photographers, 3D artists, and leadership to translate business needs into high-quality creative solutions.
- Design quality and consistency: Review assets for polish, accuracy, accessibility, hierarchy, production readiness, and alignment with brand standards before delivery.
- Process improvement: Help organize creative libraries, templates, asset systems, naming conventions, and repeatable workflows that make omnichannel design faster, clearer, and more scalable.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand design, visual design, graphic design, packaging design, e-commerce creative, or a closely related creative discipline.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, omnichannel campaign work, digital commerce assets, packaging or print design, and polished visual execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma or comparable collaborative design tools.
- Experience designing for e-commerce environments, including product detail pages, digital merchandising, paid media, marketplace assets, and promotional creative.
- Solid understanding of packaging production, dielines, print specifications, file preparation, color management, and vendor handoff requirements.
- Experience with 3D product visualization tools or workflows such as Blender, Adobe Substance, KeyShot, Dimension, or comparable platforms.
- Ability to create or direct motion graphics and short-form animated assets for social, digital advertising, product storytelling, or brand campaigns.
- Comfort using AI-enabled creative tools for creative development, concepting, image exploration, retouching, resizing, production acceleration, and workflow experimentation.
- Strong understanding of typography, photography, layout, composition, color, hierarchy, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management Programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or certification in graphic arts / design, visual communication, or fine arts.
- Comfort using AI-enabled creative tools for concepting, image exploration, retouching, resizing, production acceleration, and workflow experimentation.
- Experience developing AI-enabled creative with a passion for how this is evolving the design space at a rapid pace, through the lens of traditional approach and need for human touch.
- Experience with consumer products, retail, CPG, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, apparel, food and beverage, or another product-driven category.
- Experience in a fast paced, hyper growth, speedy culture.
- Experience on Shopify DTC and Amazon.com brands.
- Experience art directing photography (digital or physical), 3D rendering, retouching, animation, or production partners.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, retailer portals, marketplace content standards, or omnichannel merchandising requirements.
- Knowledge of basic UX/UI principles for landing pages, email, digital commerce, and conversion-focused visual communication.
- Experience building templates, design systems, component libraries, or brand toolkits for cross-functional teams.
- Interest in emerging creative technology, generative AI, automation, and scalable production systems.
- Experience with Nano Banana, ChatGPT and interest in emerging creative technology, generative AI, automation, and scalable production systems.
- Experience with Asana (our program) or other project management tools.
- Experience with Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Gemini, Veo, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI creative tools is a huge plus.
- Experience with writing copy a plus across multi-channel.
- Experience with 3D programs; Blender, Adobe, Cinema 4D or other.

The anticipated hiring range is $73,185–$85,000, depending on candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with the role. Compensation above the anticipated hiring range may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates with directly relevant senior-level experience.

Pay: $73,185.00 - $85,000.00 per year
