Job Description:
Zarlay is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Girl for outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the outlet
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable clothing options
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Stay updated on new collections and ongoing promotions
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of retail/outlet sales experience (preferably in clothing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
