Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation.
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle billing and payment processes smoothly.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate if needed.
