Job Description:

I. Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media prospecting.

II. Sales Outreach:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our events and exhibition services, showcase the value proposition, and schedule meetings or appointments for further discussions.

III. Client Engagement:

Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs, providing relevant information about our events and exhibitions, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

IV. Sales Pitch:

Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospects, highlighting the unique features, benefits, and advantages of participating in our events and exhibitions.

V. Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

VI. CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

VII. Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of events and exhibitions and fulfil client requirements.

VIII. Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies

IX. Tender Identification & Submission Management:

Actively monitor online tender portals, procurement platforms, and government/private sector websites to identify relevant tender opportunities. Review tender requirements, coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation, prepare and submit tender proposals within deadlines, and maintain records of all tender activities. Ensure compliance with tender specifications and follow up on submitted bids to maximize business opportunities.

Qualification and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the events & exhibitions and interior fitout or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of AI tools & apps is highly desirable.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
