About the role
We are looking for a creative and systematic SMM Manager who knows how to attract and work with organic traffic. If you understand how algorithms work, know how to build funnels through Reels, and understand the specifics of the UAE real estate market, this role is for you.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract organic traffic, focusing on audience growth through Reels.
- Design and implement effective funnels using short-form video content.
- Perform basic video editing in CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
- Write engaging, articulate, and conversion-focused copy. Copywriting and editing must be strictly AI-free — a lively, meaningful tone of voice is essential to us.
- Smartly utilize AI as a supplementary tool (for brainstorming, research, and routine optimization, but not for writing the final copy).
Who we are looking for:
- At least 3 year of experience as an SMM Manager in the real estate sector.
- Understanding of the UAE real estate market.
- Proven experience in driving organic follower growth via Reels.
- Basic video editing skills and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Mandatory: A portfolio showcasing real cases in real estate. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
