We are seeking a Data Analyst to support dashboard development, data preparation, reporting, and survey analytics for a multi-function enterprise transformation program.
This role sits within a people- and process-transformation environment. You will work with data and metrics related to organizational readiness, adoption, engagement, and program progress, rather than technical systems performance.
Data will come from multiple functions and sources, often with different levels of maturity and on different reporting schedules. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with evolving data, keeping recurring reports accurate and up to date, and identifying data quality issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and update dashboards supporting program governance, readiness, adoption, and change reporting
- Collect, prepare, clean, and reconcile data from multiple sources
- Maintain recurring reporting and ensure data and metrics remain accurate as new information becomes available
- Track metrics related to organizational readiness, adoption, engagement, and transformation progress
- Support survey design, distribution tracking, data collection, and analysis
- Identify and flag data quality, completeness, or consistency issues to program leadership
- Prepare clear, well-formatted reports, dashboards, and presentation-ready materials
- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests as program priorities evolve
- Work across multiple functions and stakeholders to help maintain consistent reporting inputs and outputs
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience supporting dashboards, recurring reporting, and data preparation
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with at least one dashboard or visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Comfortable working with data from multiple sources that arrives on different schedules
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies, missing information, and data quality issues
- Experience with survey data, employee/organizational data, adoption metrics, or change-related analytics is a plus
- Experience supporting consulting engagements, transformation programs, or commercial client projects is a plus
- Previous experience as a 1099 independent contractor is a plus, but not required
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve data preparation, analysis, reporting, or workflow efficiency
What This Role Is Not
- This is not a data engineering or IT systems analytics role
- This is not a role focused on technical system performance or application data
- This is not a role where you will work from one static, fully cleaned dataset
- This is not limited to reporting for a single business function
- This is not a role where you are expected to independently define the program's overall measurement framework
Instead, you will support an established reporting and measurement framework while helping ensure that data, dashboards, metrics, and recurring reporting stay accurate and current as program inputs evolve.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
