Key Responsibilities

• Even 10th pass can apply.
• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers as per business requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
• Generate leads and convert prospects through effective communication.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales and calling targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
• Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center, telecalling, telesales, or inside sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Energetic, confident and customer-focused personality.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off.
• Comfortable working in day rotational shifts.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
