We create bespoke playlists and sonic identities for some of the most iconic hospitality venues and international brands worldwide, with a strong focus on hotels, restaurants, lifestyle destinations, and premium retail environments. In parallel, SPECTRE supports DJ and artist bookings for openings, residencies and special events, working closely with venues, brands and talents across regions.
About the role
We are looking for a final-year student intern to join the Dubai office, supporting the Middle East & Africa region.
Working closely with the MEA Operations Manager, the intern will assist with operations, client coordination and artist booking support, in close collaboration with the Paris teams.
This internship is hands-on, international and learning-focused, offering direct exposure to the music and sound curation ecosystem in Dubai.

Reporting to: MEA Operations Manager
Salary: AED 4,000 / month
Main Responsibilities
1. Operations & Team Support
- Support daily operations for the MEA region
- Help track tasks, deadlines and follow-ups
- Prepare internal updates and summaries (Slack / Notion)
- Support database migrations or clean-ups (e.g. CRM on HubSpot)
- Flag delays or missing inputs
2. Client Support
- Assist in preparing client pitch decks and presentations
- Support follow-ups on playlist samples & programming and client updates
- Contribute to client satisfaction tracking
3. Artist & DJ Booking Support
- Assist with DJ and artist presentations (profiles, availability, fees)
- Help update artist & DJ databases
- Support coordination for bookings, residencies and events
- Assist with basic logistics preparation (briefs, schedules, contacts)
4. Project Support
- Support openings, integrations and special projects
- Manage specific project components
- Help maintain project trackers and internal documentation
Profile
- Final-year student in business, management, hospitality, events, music business or related field
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), French is a plus
- Organized, proactive and eager to learn
- Interest in music
- Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, HubSpot, Notion, Slack — or quick to learn)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment
