- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or any related course.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices for MEP systems and building services.
• Experience in supervising maintenance technicians, planning daily work schedules, and monitoring maintenance performance.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Valid Qatari driving license (or eligibility to obtain one) to conduct regular field inspections.
• Good command of English; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance reporting.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
