About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist on behalf of our client in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be a creative, data-driven marketer who can plan and execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels while growing the brand's online presence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other marketing collateral
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence and online brand reputation
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic and paid search visibility
- Assist with the planning and coordination of promotional events, webinars, and product launches
- Prepare regular reports on marketing KPIs and campaign ROI for management review
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles
- Experience managing social media platforms and campaigns
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
