MarTech Lead
Location: Remote — European time zones
Day rate: €300–€400, depending on location and experience
Contract: Long-term contract, initially six months with scope to extend
Company: Fast-scaling trading company undergoing a major digital transformation
A brand-new strategic leadership role responsible for building and managing the company’s in-house MarTech and AdTech capability. The immediate priority will be leading the CMS migration to Storyblok.Responsibilities
Lead the migration to Storyblok and establish the new CMS structure.
Consolidate HubSpot as the company’s central CRM platform.
Develop the tracking, analytics and AdTech strategy, including GA4.
Lead the continued implementation of Amplitude.
Support the revamp and technical structure of the mobile app.
Own the technical SEO roadmap and infrastructure.
Identify and implement practical AI use cases across Marketing.
Bring greater MarTech and AdTech delivery capability in-house.
Manage and develop the MarTech squad.
Lead technical discussions with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams.
Oversee platform integrations and ensure systems work together effectively.
Create and deliver the long-term MarTech and AdTech roadmap.
Skills needed
Strong strategic experience across MarTech and AdTech.
Experience leading a CMS migration, ideally involving Storyblok.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot architecture, consolidation and integrations.
Hands-on understanding of tracking, analytics and GA4.
Experience with Amplitude or a similar product analytics platform.
Understanding of mobile apps and their supporting technology.
Good technical SEO knowledge.
Experience identifying and delivering AI use cases within Marketing.
Confident managing an in-house technical or MarTech squad.
Comfortable leading technical conversations and integration projects.
Able to work effectively across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data.
Strong leadership, project-management and communication skills.
