About the role
We're hiring a Marketing Executive to take a campaign mandate and make it real — the idea, the words, the visuals, the video, the distribution.
Our Marketing Manager sets the objective, the segment, the budget and the number. You build everything that delivers it.
Above all, this is a writing role. Everything we sell is a decision someone makes about their future, and the words are what move them. If you write brilliantly in Arabic and English, this role is built for you.
It is also an AI-native role. You will use AI tools and agents daily — to research, write, design, storyboard, generate video, and automate repetitive work. We expect that to already be how you work, not something you're willing to learn.
What you'll do
Copy & campaign creation (the core of the job)
- Write the copy that sells our programs — ads, captions, hooks, landing pages, emails, video scripts, event messaging
- Write in both Arabic and English, and change how you write depending on who you're talking to. We market to teenagers, to people in their thirties changing careers, and to HR managers buying training for their teams. Same program, three completely different messages.
- Take an objective from the Marketing Manager and turn it into an actual plan: the idea, the message, which channels, what needs to be made, and by when
- Find the angle for each campaign — the reason this specific audience should care
- Own the content calendar across all our platforms and keep everything shipping on time
- Tell us afterwards what worked, what didn't, and what you'd do differently
Content production — video, motion & AI-assisted design
- Produce short-form video end to end: concept, script, shoot, edit, publish
- Create animation and motion graphics that stop the scroll
- Use AI tools to generate and visualise concepts fast — mood boards, storyboards, visuals, variants
- Build AI agents and automations that take repetitive work out of the marketing function
- Write clear, specific creative briefs for the brand and design team — no vague asks — and review their output against the brief
- Keep brand voice, tone and visual consistency across every asset
Social, distribution & performance
- Own posting and distribution across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, email, web and community
- Stay genuinely current with platform trends and formats — and act on them within days, not months
- Plan, build and manage paid campaigns on Meta and other platforms: targeting, retargeting, budget pacing, creative testing
- Monitor lead volume and lead quality daily, and adjust before budget is wasted
- Report performance in clear numbers — reach, engagement, cost per lead, conversion — and feed the learnings into the next campaign
What you need (required)
- Exceptional copywriting in both Arabic and English, with work you can show us. We will read your writing closely.
- You write and speak in natural Kuwaiti dialect — the way people actually talk, not formal Arabic with a few Gulf words dropped in
- 3–5 years in marketing, with hands-on campaign management — you have run campaigns, not just supported them
- High creativity. You bring ideas, angles and formats. You don't wait to be handed a concept.
- AI-native. You already use AI tools and agents daily and can show us exactly how and for what.
- Short-form video production end to end: concept, script, shoot, edit
- Practical performance marketing: Meta Ads Manager, audience building, retargeting, budget management — you have spent real budget and been accountable for the cost per lead
- Deep, current knowledge of social platforms and what is working on them right now
- Comfortable in production tools: Figma, CapCut or Adobe suite, Notion
- Organised enough to run several campaigns at once under deadline, and fast enough to ship, review and improve rather than polish forever
Nice to have
- Animation and motion graphics capability (After Effects or equivalent)
- Hands-on with generative tools: Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Sora, ChatGPT/Claude or equivalent
- Experience building automations or AI agents that removed real work from a marketing function
- Marketing for education, training, bootcamps, or another considered high-value purchase
- Experience marketing to more than one audience at once — students, career switchers, parents, and corporate buyers
- Paid channels beyond Meta: TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google
- Email and CRM marketing experience
- Experience briefing and directing designers, editors or creators
- Landing page or basic web experience (Webflow, Framer, or similar)
- Photography or on-camera presenting
