Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced esthetician who:
- Has 1+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
- Has developed a loyal client base and takes pride in building lasting relationships
- Delivers exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back
- Loves educating clients about skin health and treatment plans
- Wants to continue growing professionally in a collaborative environment
- Is passionate about natural, results-driven skincare

Responsibilities
You'll have the opportunity to provide customized treatment plans while helping shape each client's long-term skincare journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform advanced facial treatments, Hydrafacial, microneedling, and laser treatments
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Recommend medical-grade skincare to support treatment outcomes
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional care and follow-up
- Maintain detailed treatment documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with our injectors and providers on comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
- Participate in educational events, community outreach, and marketing / social media content
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and advanced treatment techniques
Qualifications
- Active Idaho Esthetician or Master Esthetician License
- 1+ years of experience in a medical spa or advanced aesthetic practice preferred
- Existing clientele is a bonus
- Experience performing advanced facial treatments and skin rejuvenation services
- Experience with laser treatments
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Passion for skincare education and long-term patient success
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Compensation & Benefits
$18 - $25/hour + commission
