About the role
WE’RE HIRING: LEGAL ASSISTANT
We are looking for an intelligent, organized, and reliable Legal Assistant to provide administrative and documentation support to a lawyer.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and case files
- Assist with case filing, document submission, and deadline tracking
- Draft basic letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence
- Conduct basic research and summarize information as instructed
- Use AI tools effectively for research, drafting, document review, and administrative tasks
- Manage appointments, meetings, follow-ups, and daily schedules
- Communicate professionally with clients and relevant parties
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records
- Handle confidential information carefully and professionally
- Provide general administrative support when required
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Chinese language ability is preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital filing systems
- Confident and responsible use of AI tools
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Previous experience in a legal office, law firm, or administrative role is an advantage
Salary
AED 3,000–4,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
