Position: Junior Manpower Planner
Job Location: Abu dhabi.
Job Type: Full Time- Office Role.
Job Summary:
The Junior Manpower Planner supports the planning and coordination of manpower requirements across EPC and MEP projects. The role involves assisting with resource allocation, tracking manpower availability and site activities, coordinating with project teams and the recruitment team and maintaining manpower planning reports to ensure projects are adequately staffed.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in preparing and maintaining project manpower plans.
· Coordinate with Project Managers to identify current and future manpower requirements.
· Track manpower mobilization, demobilization, and deployment schedules.
· Monitor manpower availability and utilization across multiple projects.
· Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Mobilization teams to ensure the timely deployment of personnel.
· Maintain manpower planning databases and resource trackers.
· Prepare weekly and monthly manpower utilization and resource planning reports.
· Follow up on mobilization, onboarding, and employee availability.
· Support workforce forecasting based on project schedules and workload.
· Ensure manpower planning records are accurate, up to date and shared with management and concerned Members in a timely manner.
· Follow up daily with site teams to obtain the latest manpower details and site manpower status.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in manpower planning, resource planning, workforce planning, or project coordination within the EPC, MEP, construction or engineering industry.
· Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
· Strong analytical, coordination, communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Experience in Engineering, oil & gas, construction or large project environments.
