About the role
Job Summary
The Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician will perform preventive, corrective, and reactive electromechanical maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintain HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
- Conduct routine equipment and system inspections.
- Identify and report defects and maintenance requirements.
- Support reliable operation of electromechanical systems.
- Respond to technical faults and work orders.
- Coordinate complex issues with supervisors and engineers.
Requirements
- Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years' total experience.
- 3 years' experience within schools and kindergartens.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and cooling knowledge.
- Good electromechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Relevant professional technical certifications preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- English required; Arabic preferred.
