Heavy Truck Driver – Waste Management Operations

About Mersat

Mersat Transports Waste LLC is a leading waste management and environmental services company based in Abu Dhabi, providing municipal, commercial, industrial, and recycling waste collection and transportation services across the UAE.

We are currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious Heavy Truck Drivers to join our Waste Management Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily waste collection and transportation as per assigned routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and Company HSE policies.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team and Site Supervisors.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical defects immediately.
• Complete trip sheets, fuel records, and operational documentation accurately.
• Ensure waste is transported and disposed of only at approved facilities.
• Provide professional service while interacting with clients and the public.
• Follow all Company operational procedures and emergency response instructions.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence (Category 4 or Category 5).
• Minimum 2 years of UAE heavy truck driving experience.
• Experience driving waste collection vehicles, tippers, skip loaders, hook loaders, tankers, or heavy transport vehicles is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and traffic regulations.
• Basic English communication skills (reading and speaking).
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Overtime Available. (OT)
