HSE Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join an Oil & Gas project team in Abu Dhabi.
Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 22,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor HSE activities across pipeline construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and applicable project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety meetings.
- Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor HSE performance.
- Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports and recommendations.
- Promote a strong safety culture among project personnel.
- Coordinate with project management and site teams on HSE matters.
- Maintain required HSE documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Relevant HSE qualification or certification.
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the Oil & Gas industry.
- ADNOC project experience is required.
- Pipeline construction experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and site safety practices.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
