About the role
We're looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with 5+ years of hands-on experience across real estate, fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing. If you thrive under tight deadlines, love switching between a luxury brand campaign and a property brochure in the same day, and have a portfolio that makes us say "wow" — we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize and design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, emailers, and landing pages
- Create high-converting creatives for e-commerce platforms (product imagery, banners, catalogues, lookbooks, promotional assets)
- Design premium marketing collateral for real estate projects — brochures, floor plan presentations, hoardings, digital ads, and pitch decks
- Develop brand-aligned visuals, lookbooks, and campaign assets for fashion clients
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate briefs into scroll-stopping designs
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple client accounts
- Use AI-powered tools (including Claude) to accelerate ideation, copy refinement, and design workflows
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing a deadline
What We're Looking ForExperience
- Minimum 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proven work across real estate, fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing (portfolio must reflect this)
- Agency experience is a strong plus
Technical Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (motion is a bonus)
- Figma — for collaborative UI/social/brand work
- Claude (or equivalent AI tools) — for research, ideation, and workflow speed
- Working knowledge of other tools like Canva Pro, CorelDRAW, or Sketch is a plus
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with print production and digital specifications (web/mobile ratios, file formats, exports)
Portfolio
- A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating versatility across industries and mediums (digital, print, social, motion)
- Must include samples from real estate, fashion, and e-commerce work
Soft Skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet strict, fast-moving deadlines
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly dedicated to timelines
- Strong communication and openness to feedback/iterations
- A team player who can also run independently
Good to Have
- Motion graphics / video editing skills
- Basic UI/UX understanding
- Knowledge of AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly)
- Experience working with CRMs or marketing automation tools
