Position Overview

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Developer & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Ajman. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining web development, digital marketing, content creation, and brand management to support business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company's digital platforms, improving online visibility, and executing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the company website to ensure performance, security, and user experience
• Update website content, property listings, landing pages, and promotional information regularly
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, and other online platforms
• Create digital graphics, promotional materials, banners, and marketing content for online advertising
• Manage company social media channels by planning, publishing, and monitoring engaging content
• Monitor website analytics, SEO performance, and campaign results, recommending improvements based on data
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote property listings, new projects, and company campaigns
• Ensure all digital content aligns with company branding and marketing objectives

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working with WordPress or similar content management systems
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website maintenance principles
• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, digital advertising, and online marketing best practices
• Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Previous experience in web development, digital marketing, or a related role is preferred
