We are looking for a Female Receptionist phillpines with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.
• Manage the front desk, incoming calls, and customer enquiries professionally.
• Welcome visitors and notify the concerned employees upon arrival.
• Manage the office telephone and communication system.
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain office filing, documentation, printing, and data-entry records.
• Track and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing mails and courier items.
• Respond to emails and urgent enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare invoices and send confirmation messages to customers on time.
• Manage calendar bookings and notify the Operations Manager of appointments and schedules.
• Guide customers and visitors to the appropriate office/location.
• Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal departments.
• Maintain records and tracking of company vehicle usage, including daily kilometer readings and vehicle-related information.
• Assist with general office administration and other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent telephone, verbal communication, and listening skills.
• Pleasant, calm, and professional personality.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
