Role Overview

We are a growing company specializing in interior fit-out and renovation projects. We are seeking experienced Part-Time/Freelance Site Supervisors to oversee premium retail outlets in leading shopping malls

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience supervising interior fit-out works for branded retail stores, bank branches, restaurants, or other premium commercial projects.
• Must have worked on prestigious projects from the Client, Consultant, or Contractor side.
• Excellent knowledge of interior finishing, workmanship, materials, and quality control.
• Exceptional eye for detail with a strong sense of premium-quality finishing.
• Willingness to work night hours and travel to different shopping mall locations.

Education:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior renovation works on behalf of the Client.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, finishes, and installation quality.
• Identify defects, ensure timely rectification, and maintain high finishing standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and mall management to facilitate smooth execution of the project.
• Submit concise progress, quality, and observation reports , photograph after site visit.
• Ensure project remain on schedule & meet quality standard.
