• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across multiple clients/location to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment, work schedules, and daily operations.
• Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping supervisors and housekeeping female staff.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by handling inquiries, complaints, and service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage operational budgets, inventory, cleaning equipment, and other resources effectively.
• Ensure the timely deployment of staff, equipment, and materials to all location (ex: clients who booked with material).
• Oversee logistics and transportation to ensure smooth and timely staff movement.
• Ensure accurate documentation, service remittance, and submission of records for billing and housekeeping staff monthly attendance.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, and other departments to support smooth operations.
• Support the mobilization of new contracts (Deep cleaning, monthly services) and ensure operational readiness.
• Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction and achieving departmental targets.
• Conduct at least two monthly visits to the ladies' accommodation to monitor living conditions, ensure staff welfare, address concerns, and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Conduct twice a month meetings with housekeeping staff to evaluate performance, review operational updates, address concerns, provide coaching, and promote continuous improvement in service quality and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of client contracts, daily, weekly, and monthly services, and ensure proper documentation and monitoring of payment collections.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, KPI dashboards, and management reports.
• Responsible for handling daily cash remittances, verifying collections, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of cash reports. Report all cash and operational discrepancies immediately to Management through official email and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely investigation and resolution. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives to expand the client base and increase company income. Monitor market trends and recommend marketing strategies to improve competitiveness and increase sales.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information at all times.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, facility management or similar operations.
• Experience managing female housekeeping/cleaning staff is highly preferred.
• Experience with on-call, hourly or mobile cleaning services is an advantage.
• Strong manpower scheduling and coordination skills.
• Good client-handling and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping standards.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in WhatsApp and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
• Willing to travel between client locations when required.
• UAE experience is preferred.
