About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within real estate, luxury, or lead-generation businesses.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads & SEO, content strategy, ChatGPT/AI marketing, lead generation, analytics, and digital campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage Google Ads, Google Search campaigns, and PPC strategies to generate high-quality property leads.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Use ChatGPT and AI marketing tools to create content, marketing strategies, campaign ideas, customer communication, and automation workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities to improve lead conversion.
- Create and manage digital marketing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROI, and overall lead quality.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Work closely with the sales and real estate teams to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.
- Manage retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta, Google, SEO, AI, and digital marketing trends.
- Continuously test new creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional digital marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Proven expertise in SEO and Google search ranking strategies.
- Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns and conversion optimization.
- Practical experience using ChatGPT and AI tools for marketing and business growth.
- Knowledge of CRM, lead tracking, remarketing, pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Strong content-writing and creative-thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on campaign performance.
- Experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate market will be a strong advantage.
Preferred
- Experience with real estate, property portals, luxury brands, or high-value lead generation.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, Canva, CapCut, or similar marketing tools.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns with significant advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing automation and content creation.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
