About the role
1. Digital Marketing Executive
Experience: 1-2 years. UAE experience preferred.
We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to support the complete digital presence and online growth of Arabian Flowers Trading LLC.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
· Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant social media channels.
· Plan and publish posts, stories, reels, promotional campaigns and seasonal content.
· Create attractive digital creatives using Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar tools.
· Photograph flower arrangements and create/edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut or similar applications.
· SEO: keyword research, on-page SEO, local SEO, content optimization and basic technical SEO.
· Use Google Search Console to monitor search performance, indexing and website visibility.
· Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, conversions and campaign performance.
· Set up and manage Google Ads, including Search and other suitable campaign formats, with keyword and budget optimization.
· Set up and manage Meta Ads Manager campaigns for Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, lead generation, retargeting and campaign optimization.
· Understand conversion tracking, campaign KPIs, cost per lead, engagement, traffic and return on advertising spend.
· Support digital lead generation for retail, corporate, wedding and event customers.
· Update website/e-commerce product images, descriptions, pricing, offers and promotional content when required.
· Basic familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce will be an advantage.
· Support WhatsApp Business and email marketing campaigns, customer databases and promotional communication.
· Plan digital campaigns for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Ramadan, Eid, UAE National Day, weddings, corporate events and other key occasions.
· Monitor online enquiries and coordinate with sales/operations for timely customer follow-up.
· Use AI tools appropriately for content ideas, captions, campaign planning, research and productivity.
· Prepare regular reports covering website traffic, social engagement, leads, conversions, advertising spend and campaign results.
· Stay updated on social media, SEO, digital advertising and content trends and recommend ideas to improve online visibility and sales.

Freshers with strong practical digital marketing skills, good knowledge of the above tools and a strong portfolio may also apply.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
