Position Details
- Location: Garden Town, Lahore (On-Site)
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
- Salary: PKR 55,000 – PKR 100,000 per month
- Joining: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales goals and KPIs.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Previous sales or customer support experience is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
