About the role
Administrative work in a resort involves managing the day-to-day office and business operations that support guests and staff. Common responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Preparing reports, invoices, and other documents
- Maintaining guest records and filing systems
- Coordinating with housekeeping, front office, and maintenance departments
- Managing office supplies, inventory & gift shop
- Processing payments and maintaining financial records
- Assisting with payroll and human resources tasks
- Ensuring compliance with resort policies and procedures

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
