Responsibilities
- Verify and qualify ACA leads according to campaign guidelines.
- Confirm customer eligibility and required information accurately.
- Maintain professionalism and compliance throughout all interactions.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Work closely with team leaders and management to achieve campaign goals.
Requirements
- Prior ACA Verification experience is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent listening, verification, and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
