About the role
We're looking for an experienced Model Management & Credit Risk Analytics professional to play a key role in developing, governing, and enhancing high-impact credit risk and scoring models used across the UAE financial services sector.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Data Science, AI, Risk Analytics, and Economic Intelligence, partnering with senior stakeholders, regulators, and industry leaders to deliver analytics solutions that directly influence lending decisions and risk strategies.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of experience within Model Management or Credit Risk Analytics.
- Strong experience developing, validating, monitoring, and enhancing credit risk models, scorecards, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Python, R, SAS, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
- Knowledge of model governance, model risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience applying statistical modelling, machine learning, and advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and translate analytics into business value.
- Experience within financial services / banking environments is highly desirable.
