About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Create original and engaging graphics, illustrations, layouts, and branded content.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertisements, campaigns, and corporate use.
- Develop brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, typography, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, presentations, and print.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into strong visual concepts.
- Use AI tools to generate ideas, images, videos, voiceovers, animations, and creative variations.
- Perform quick edits and content adaptations using Canva, CapCut, and similar tools.
- Use professional software for advanced design, retouching, video editing, animation, and production.
- Add transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, motion graphics, and colour correction to videos.
- Resize and adapt creative assets for different formats and platforms.
- Maintain consistent branding across all content.
- Manage several projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Follow current design, branding, AI, video, and social-media trends.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a closely related creative field.
- Formal education in design, branding, and art is strongly preferred.
Required Skills and Experience
- [2–5] years of relevant graphic-design and video-editing experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding knowledge, graphic design, and video production.
- Professional proficiency in tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Figma or similar design tools
Strong working knowledge of quick-content tools, including:
Canva
CapCut
Adobe Express or similar platforms
- Advanced knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video production, editing, ideation, and content enhancement.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, storytelling, and brand identity.
- Experience with motion graphics, sound selection, subtitles, colour grading, and platform-specific video formats.
- Ability to work independently from concept development through final delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
