The Role
We’re looking for a strong Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to partner closely with Sales across the MENA markets, helping turn customer challenges into compelling technical solutions.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You’ll be involved from early discovery through to demo, solution design, POV/POC and close — working alongside the Account Executive as the technical lead on the opportunity.
The role suits someone who enjoys being close to customers, can hold their own with technical and commercial stakeholders, and knows how to turn complex technology into a story that makes sense.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Account Executives on discovery, qualification and opportunity strategy.
Lead technical discovery and translate customer needs into clear, credible solutions.
Run engaging, outcome-led demos and workshops for technical, commercial and executive audiences.
Design solutions that connect the customer’s business problem to Intent HQ’s capabilities.
Lead POV / POC activity, defining the approach, success criteria and technical requirements.
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and become a trusted technical voice throughout the sales process.
Navigate technical, data, privacy and security questions, bringing the right people in when needed.
Support RFPs, technical proposals and commercial conversations.
Work closely with Product and Delivery to ensure what is sold can be delivered.
Share knowledge, approaches and best practice across the wider Pre-Sales team.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B technology Pre-Sales, ideally across SaaS, data, AI, MarTech or related technology.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with both technical and commercial audiences.
A natural ability to understand a customer’s problem and turn it into a compelling solution.
Comfortable running live demos, workshops and technical conversations without relying heavily on scripts.
Commercially aware, with a good understanding of how technical decisions influence a sales cycle.
Curious about AI, data and modern technology and able to explain complex concepts simply.
Strong cultural awareness and experience working across MENA markets.
Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
