Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets, including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and KSA.
- Prospect clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emailing, networking, and B2B platforms such as Clutch and GoodFirms.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Promote and sell IT services, including:
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- Custom Software Development
- Digital Marketing Services
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and presentations.
- Conduct virtual meetings with international clients and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project estimation and smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or International Sales.
- Proven experience in acquiring international clients.
- Strong understanding of software development services and IT outsourcing.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms, or other lead generation platforms is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
