Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content
- Develop and manage social media strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars and campaigns.
- Create posts, carousels, reels, videos, articles, newsletters and promotional content using Canva, Adobe and AI tools.
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth and social media performance.
- Identify new trends and continuously improve content and audience engagement.
2. Digital Marketing & SEO
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Support SEO, keyword research, website content and landing-page optimization.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation and automated follow-ups.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and platform analytics.
- Use AI tools for content creation, keyword research, campaign planning, competitor analysis and marketing automation.
3. International B2B Lead Generation
- Generate qualified B2B leads across the UAE, GCC, Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.
- Use LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, online research, digital campaigns and lead-generation platforms.
- Identify companies, entrepreneurs, investors, SMEs, corporations, decision-makers and potential partners.
- Build, maintain, verify and segment targeted prospect databases.
- Conduct personalized outreach, follow-ups and lead qualification in coordination with business development.
4. Market Research & Data
- Conduct company, industry, competitor and market research across international markets.
- Identify potential clients, investors, partners, distributors, suppliers and business opportunities.
- Collect, verify, clean and organize business data from public, licensed and professional sources.
- Prepare prospect lists, market research and business intelligence reports.
- Maintain accurate CRM, Excel and Google Sheets databases.
5. Marketplace & E-Commerce
- Support management of B2B/B2C marketplace accounts and online sales channels where required.
- Assist with product listings, content, pricing, SEO and marketplace optimization.
- Monitor marketplace performance, customer feedback and account health.
- Research new international marketplaces and cross-border e-commerce opportunities.
Marketplace/e-commerce experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Results-driven and commercially minded.
- Creative with strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Proactive, organized and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working with international B2B audiences.
- Able to manage multiple marketing and lead-generation activities simultaneously.
- Strong interest in AI and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field is preferred.
Strong practical experience may be considered in place of a directly related degree.
