About the role
Role OverviewJoin our dynamic culinary team as a Commi, where you will support chefs in preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining kitchen standards. As part of our team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring that all food preparation meets our standards and contributes to the overall guest experience in both restaurants and catering services. Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Follow all food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
- Prepare ingredients as instructed by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
- Ensure correct storage and labeling of food items and ingredients.
- Support the catering and restaurant teams during busy periods.
- Monitor and minimize kitchen waste as per company guidelines.
Must have requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in restaurants and catering within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic knife skills and food preparation techniques.
- Attention to detail and positive attitude towards learning new tasks.
Nice to have requirements
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with kitchen and service staff.
- Experience in a multicultural kitchen environment.
- Basic understanding of international cuisines.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
