About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Specialty Coffee Barista to join a premium café in Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi). The ideal candidate should have experience in specialty coffee preparation, espresso-based drinks, and customer service, with a strong understanding of coffee quality and presentation.
The candidate should be enthusiastic about coffee culture, brewing techniques, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and manual brew methods.
* Ensure consistent coffee quality, taste, and presentation standards.
* Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
* Calibrate grinders and adjust extraction to maintain optimal coffee flavor.
* Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
* Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies.
* Follow hygiene, food safety, and café operational standards.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance the café experience.

Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista in a café or specialty coffee shop.
* Knowledge of espresso extraction, latte art, and manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, etc.).
* Good English communication skills.
* Passion for coffee quality and customer service.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
