About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT / Technology Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development activities in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT services and technology solutions market, with proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and closing technology deals.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities across the UAE.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, business owners, CTOs, CIOs, IT managers, and procurement teams.
- Understand client business and technology requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Sell IT services, software solutions, digital transformation, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, web/mobile development, and other technology services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, statements of work, and presentations.
- Lead negotiations and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging technology trends and new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels.
- Work closely with technical, product, and project teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly report sales performance to management.
- Monitor competitors, market pricing, and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a consultative technology salesperson who can understand a client's business problem and work with technical teams to convert that requirement into a commercially viable technology solution.
You should be comfortable selling to both SMEs and larger organizations and speaking with senior decision-makers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT/technology sales or B2B technology business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Experience selling technology solutions in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the UAE B2B market and business environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and develop a sales pipeline.
- Strong commercial and business-development mindset.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical decision-makers.
- Strong English communication skills.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Compensation
Competitive salary + performance-based commission/incentives.
The commission structure will be designed to reward both new business acquisition and recurring/repeat revenue.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
