BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – IT SOLUTIONS

JOB DESCRIPTIONSTRICT REQUIREMENTS — NON-NEGOTIABLE

• Proven B2B sales experience strictly within the IT industry is REQUIRED.
• Must have an existing UAE client network, active clients, existing leads, or a strong sales pipeline.
• Must be a revenue-driven hunter with a proven ability to generate and close new business.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE IT market and B2B business environment is highly preferred.
• Must own a personal laptop/system capable of handling CRM tools, client presentations, online demonstrations, and sales activities.
• Candidate must be capable of generating business and revenue independently from the first 30–60 days.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Business Development Executive – IT Solutions will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth in the UAE market, with a primary focus on Abu Dhabi.

The role is purely sales and business development focused and is ideal for an aggressive B2B IT sales professional with an established network, active leads, and the ability to identify decision-makers, conduct meetings, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.

The candidate will be responsible for selling ATIS UAE's IT products, software solutions, digital platforms, cloud services, and IT infrastructure solutions to SMEs, enterprises, government-related organizations, and other business sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive new business acquisition across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• Generate leads through existing networks, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, direct prospecting, and self-generated opportunities.
• Aggressively hunt and close B2B IT sales opportunities.
• Sell ATIS UAE's software, SaaS, cloud, website, application, infrastructure, hardware, and IT service solutions.
• Identify businesses that require digital transformation, automation, cloud, infrastructure, software, or IT support solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, CEOs, CTOs, IT Managers, Procurement Managers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions and quotations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closing → handover.
• Maintain and continuously develop a strong UAE sales pipeline.
• Manage existing accounts and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, follow-ups, and forecasting through CRM.
• Monitor competitors, market pricing, emerging technologies, and UAE IT market trends.
• Attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 4–6+ years of proven B2B IT Sales / Business Development experience.
• Strong track record of closing IT deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Existing UAE client base, active leads, or strong business network is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling IT solutions, software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or digital services.
• Strong understanding of IT products and software development processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with C-level and senior decision-makers.
• Highly self-motivated, aggressive, and target-driven.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation capabilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Ability to prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.

The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to build a pipeline quickly and contribute to revenue generation within the first 30–60 days.
