As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our Business Development Team.
About the Role
This is a Business-to-Business (B2B) sales role focused on promoting and selling professional services to corporate clients across the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, engaging prospective clients through telephone and digital communication, negotiating commercial proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling.
- Identify and qualify prospective corporate clients.
- Promote the Company's professional services to businesses across various industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments and virtual meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Mandatory).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil language skills will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Tele Sales, Corporate Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Service.
- Proven experience in cold calling and generating business leads.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
