Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets, including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and KSA.
• Prospect clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emailing, networking, and B2B platforms such as Clutch and GoodFirms.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Promote and sell IT services, including:
• Web Development
• Mobile App Development
• Custom Software Development
• Digital Marketing Services
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and presentations.
• Conduct virtual meetings with international clients and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with technical teams for project estimation and smooth project handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or International Sales.
• Proven experience in acquiring international clients.
• Strong understanding of software development services and IT outsourcing.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms, or other lead generation platforms is preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
