We are seeking a reliable and well‑organized HR cum Admin Executive ( Male) to support HR operations and administrative functions. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. UAE Driving License is preferred.

Key HR Responsibilities

• HR Operations — Manage day‑to‑day HR activities and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Interview Scheduling — Arrange interview slots and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct Interviews — Support initial HR screening and document interview outcomes.
• Onboarding & Offboarding — Prepare joining formalities, induction, and exit procedures.
• Employee Relations — Maintain positive workplace communication and support employee welfare.
• Leave Management — Process leave requests, update records, and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
• Payroll Assistance — Support monthly payroll preparation, timesheet verification, and salary documentation.
• Employee Welfare — Assist in welfare initiatives and engagement activities.

Key Admin Responsibilities

• Document Control — Maintain company documents, records, and filing systems.
• Administrative Support — Handle office coordination, logistics, and general administrative duties.
• Support to HR Manager / BDS — Assist in HR and business support tasks as required.
• Office Logistics — Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Travel & Vehicle Coordination — Assist with travel bookings, vehicle movements, and related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR/Admin experience in UAE.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• UAE Driving Licence preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks professionally.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
