Job Description
We are offering a 6-month HR Internship for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources. This is a remote (work from home) internship based in Dubai, offering hands-on experience, real-time project exposure, and skill development across multiple HR functions. High performers will receive a performance-based stipend and future freelance/hr project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
- Support HR team with employee onboarding and documentation
- Work on HR databases, ATS, HRIS, and payroll support tasks
- Contribute to performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documents
- Participate in real-time HR projects and research tasks
- Coordinate with teams and manage daily activity trackers
- Learn and implement basic HR operations under mentor guidance
Learning & Skill Development Opportunities
