Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all HR operations from recruitment through employee separation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
• Monitor attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, and compliance with working hours.
• Prepare, renew, and manage employment contracts and all employee-related documentation.
• Oversee performance management processes and coordinate training and development initiatives with relevant departments.
• Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues and recommend appropriate solutions to foster a positive work environment.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual HR budget.
• Contribute to organizational structure development, job descriptions, and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive organizational culture.
• Coordinate with government authorities and relevant online platforms to complete HR-related transactions and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with comprehensive exposure to all core HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
